Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment Locations
We are an online-only Canadian vaporizer store, and most orders are shipped through Canada Post using corporate shipping rates to ensure the most affordable delivery options and prices are available.
Our primary fulfillment location is in Vancouver, British Columbia, and some orders may be shipped from Manitoba depending on product availability and logistics.
All orders over $99 qualify for free Expedited Parcel shipping anywhere in Canada.
Note: Due to delivery issues in certain areas, we may ship with Canada Post instead of Purolator for orders that receive free shipping, even if Purolator is selected at checkout. If you specifically pay for Purolator shipping, your order will be shipped with Purolator.
Order Processing & Tracking Info
Most orders ship within 24 hours, and we aim to ship same-day if your order is placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Occasionally, delays of up to 48 hours may occur during peak times or holidays.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email and/or SMS.

Discreet Packaging
We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of Canadian Vaporizers or the contents of the package.
Signature & ID Requirements:

Most deliveries require a signature unless otherwise noted at checkout.

If you'd prefer no signature, please leave a note in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout.

If you’re picking up your parcel at a Canada Post location, photo ID is required to verify ownership.
Credit Card Payments & Verification
For fraud prevention and timely shipping, the shipping address must match the billing address associated with your credit card.
If our system detects a potential issue, we may require further verification or cancel and refund your order for security purposes.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a $10 cancellation fee, which helps cover non-refundable payment processor fees.
Free Gift Cards Policy
If you qualify for a free gift card with your purchase, it will be delivered via email after your order ships. Gift cards are redeemable on future purchases only and must be used with the same account and shipping address as the original qualifying order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your parcel is lost or misdelivered by Canada Post and you provided the correct shipping address, you're eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
If the error was due to an incorrect address entered at checkout (e.g., missing apartment number), unfortunately, a refund will not be issued.
Canada Post Claim Process for Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us promptly to report the issue.

We will file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf.

Canada Post will initiate an investigation, including:

Having the delivery driver retrace their steps.

A fraud team review to confirm delivery status.

Claims may take up to 15 business days to resolve. We do not issue refunds or reshipments until Canada Post has completed the investigation. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
