Bongs & Accessories Warranty

If your bong or accessory arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Vaporizers & Parts Warranty

All vaporizer and vaporizer part warranty claims are handled directly by the original manufacturer. This ensures the fastest and most effective service from the experts who designed your device.

If your device has a manufacturer defect, it will be repaired or replaced under their warranty terms.
While we do not handle these claims in-house, we’re here to help guide you through the process every step of the way.

No damage or defect = not eligible for return once opened.


Warranty Applies To:

  • All products that arrive damaged or defective

  • Devices with verified manufacturer defects

Warranty Does NOT Apply To:

  • Products with user-inflicted damage

  • Vaporizers that are opened and show no defect or malfunction


Return Policy

Can I Return My Vaporizer?

Yes—only if it’s unopened and unused.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • A restocking fee of 5–15% may apply depending on condition.

  • A minimum $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if we shipped your order for free.

  • If the box is opened or tampered with and there is no defect, returns are not accepted.


Can I Return My Bong or Accessories?

Yes, under these conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and untampered

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • A 5–30% restocking fee may apply based on condition

  • A minimum $15 shipping fee will apply
    Opened or used items without a defect are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Lost During Shipping

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. All shipping-related damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup from the post office.

If your item is damaged in transit, you’re eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your item is lost by Canada Post, we’ll offer a refund or replacement only if the error was not due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

We’re a proudly small Canadian business, and every parcel matters to us. Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order to avoid issues—incorrect addresses are not covered.


Damaged or Lost Parcel Process

If your item was damaged or lost in transit, notify us immediately. We will file a claim with Canada Post. Their process includes:

  • A full investigation by the delivery driver and fraud team

  • An attempt to recover the item

  • This process can take up to 15 business days

We do not issue refunds or reshipments until Canada Post completes their investigation. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.


Wrong Item / Not Needed / Broken on Arrival

If you receive the wrong product, a product you no longer need, or something that is broken on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are only available for items that are unused and in original condition.
