About the Cartisan Veil Bar Pro Evo

The Veil Bar Pro Evo is built for people who want more control than a basic stick battery but don’t want something bulky. Your cartridge sits inside the body, so all anyone sees is a small bar that fits in the palm of your hand.

What really sets the Cartisan Evo 510 battery apart is the screen. Most bar-style batteries just give you a few coloured lights, but this one shows your exact voltage, how much battery you have left, a running puff count, and whether pre-heat is on. If you’ve ever wondered what the numbers on the screen mean, that’s it: voltage, battery percentage, and puffs taken.

It’s also a two-in-one device. Run your favourite oil carts most of the time, then swap in the included Bullet Wax Atomizer Evo when you want to vape wax or shatter.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the Cartisan Veil Bar Pro Evo

Build Quality and Materials

The body has a soft-touch finish that feels nice in the hand and doesn’t pick up fingerprints the way glossy batteries do. The shape is rounded and comfortable to hold, and the mouthpiece and bottom cover snap on magnetically, so swapping carts is quick.

For a battery in this price range, it feels solid. It’s light enough to forget in your pocket but doesn’t feel cheap.

How does it work?

Using the Veil Bar Pro Evo is simple once you know the button clicks:

• Turn on/off: Click the button on the bottom 5 times quickly.
• Vape: Just inhale and auto draw kicks in, or hold the button while you draw.
• Pre-heat: Click the button 2 times quickly to warm up your cart.
• Change voltage: Press the button once to raise it by 0.1V, or hold it to scroll faster.
• Charge: Plug in any USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 1 to 2 hours.

One thing to know about adjusting voltage: once you hit 4.2V, it won’t loop back on its own. Release the button, then press it again and it resets to 1.8V. It takes a few tries to get used to, but after that it’s quick.

To use wax, remove your cartridge and screw in the Bullet Wax Atomizer Evo. Load a small amount of concentrate, bump the voltage up, and draw. Keep the atomizer clean by wiping out leftover residue with a cotton swab and a bit of isopropyl alcohol once it’s cooled down. Pros and Cons

Pros

• Full colour screen gives you real info, not just guesswork
• Precise 0.1V steps let you dial in each cart
• Fits big 2G carts, which a lot of bar batteries can’t
• Wax atomizer included, so it does double duty
• Big 1000mAh battery and fast USB-C charging
• Discreet and pocket friendly

Cons

• Voltage doesn’t automatically cycle back to 1.8V, which takes some getting used to
• The included wax atomizer is great for occasional dabs, but heavy concentrate users may still want a dedicated dab pen
• Carts wider than 14.5mm won’t fit inside

Temperature Settings

Like most 510 vape batteries, the Veil Bar Pro Evo uses voltage instead of exact temperatures. The higher the voltage, the more heat goes to your coil.

• Lower range (around 1.8V to 2.8V): Best for flavour and smooth hits, and the safest place to start with a new cart.
• Mid range (around 2.8V to 3.4V): A good balance of flavour and vapour for most oil carts.
• Higher range (around 3.4V to 4.2V): Bigger clouds, and usually where you’ll want to be with the wax atomizer.

Start low and work your way up. Running a cart too hot can burn the oil and give you harsh, burnt-tasting hits. If your oil is thick or the cart has been sitting in the cold, use pre-heat first.

Warranty

The Cartisan Veil Bar Pro Evo comes with a 90-day warranty from the day it arrives. If something goes wrong in that window, just send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
