WARRANTY INFORMATION
At Canadian Vaporizers, we stand behind every product we sell. Depending on the brand, some warranties are handled directly in-house, while others are processed through the manufacturer’s warranty program.
Most warranty claims are processed and completed within 1-7 days.
There’s no need to ship your defective product back, we keep the process simple. If you experience an issue, just send us a short video showing the problem, and once we confirm your product is defective, a replacement will be shipped right away. You can keep the original product, no returns necessary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 10 AM (Pacific Time) have the best chance of shipping the same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though in some cases there may be brief delays of up to 48 hours.
Our main warehouse is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we also ship select orders from our Manitoba warehouse to ensure faster delivery times across Canada.

The Inspector is for anyone who likes the feel of an old-school pipe but wants the convenience of a 510 cart. Released in 2022, it’s one of the more unique cart batteries out there. It has the curved shape and wood-grain look of a Sherlock-style pipe, but where the bowl would be, there’s a modern display panel.
Your cart sits hidden inside the body, so no one sees a vape cartridge sticking out. It’s a conversation starter when you’re with friends, and it makes a solo session feel a bit more relaxed and classy.

Build Quality and Materials
The Inspector has a wood-grain finish that gives it the look of a real tobacco pipe. It feels solid and well made in the hand, and the curved shape is comfortable to hold while you’re vaping.
At 5.3" long it’s bigger than a pen-style battery, but it’s still compact enough for a jacket pocket or bag. The button is easy to find by feel, so you don’t have to look at it to use it.
How does it work?
Using the Inspector is simple once you know the clicks:
- Load your cart: Screw your 510 cartridge in and slide it into the hidden chamber.
- Turn on/off: Click the button 5 times quickly.
- Preheat: Click the button 2 times to warm up your cart.
- Change voltage: Click the button 3 times to cycle through the voltage settings. You’ll feel a small vibration when it changes.
- Vape: Press and hold the button while you inhale.
- Charge: Plug in the included USB-C cable.
The screen in the bowl shows your current voltage, how much battery is left, and how many puffs you’ve taken, so there’s no guessing. If you forget to turn it off, the auto shut off kicks in to save battery.
Battery life is solid for a device this size. The 650mAh battery handles a full day of casual use for most people, and USB-C gets it back up quickly when it runs low.

Temperature Settings
Like most 510 batteries, the Inspector uses voltage rather than exact temperatures. Higher voltage means more heat going to your coil.
- Lower range (around 1.8V to 2.8V): Best for flavour and smooth hits. A good place to start with any new cart.
- Mid range (around 2.8V to 3.4V): A good balance of flavour and vapour for most oil carts.
- Higher range (around 3.4V to 4.2V): Bigger clouds, but can taste harsh or burnt on some carts.
Start low and work your way up. If your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting somewhere cold, run the preheat first so your first hit comes out smooth.
Warranty
Cartisan The Inspector comes with a 90-day warranty from the day it arrives. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
