About the Cartisan Pro Pen Neo 650
The Neo 650 is the middle ground of the Pro Pen Neo series. It has more battery than the Neo 400 but stays lighter and more affordable than the Neo 900.
For most casual users, 650mAh is the sweet spot. It’s enough for a day of light to moderate use, and with USB-C you can top it up quickly if you need to. You still get the colour screen, so you can see your voltage and battery level at a glance instead of guessing.
If you’re a heavier user, the Cartisan Pro Pen Neo 900 gives you more time between charges. If you want the smallest, lightest option, take a look at the Pro Pen Neo 400.

Everything Else You Need to Know About the Cartisan Pro Pen Neo 650
Build Quality and Materials
The Neo 650 has a slim, sturdy pen body that’s comfortable to hold and easy to carry in a pocket. It feels well made for the price, and the colour screen gives it a more premium feel than a basic stick battery.
How does it work?
The Neo 650 uses a single button for everything:
- Turn on/off: Click the button 5 times quickly.
- Vape: Press and hold the button while you inhale.
- Preheat: Click the button 2 times to warm up your cart.
- Change voltage: Click the button 3 times to switch to the next setting.
- Charge: Plug in the included USB-C cable. It’s full when the screen shows a full set of battery bars.
As for temperature control, it’s consistent. Each setting delivers the same voltage every hit, so once you find the one you like, your hits will feel the same every time.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Good balance of battery life and size
- Colour screen shows voltage, battery and heating time
- Preheat for thick oils
- Easy one-button controls
- Slim and easy to carry
Cons
- Heavy users may need to charge during the day
- Five preset voltages, not fine-tuned control
- Cart sits exposed on top
- Button activated only
Temperature Settings
Like most 510 batteries, the Neo 650 uses voltage instead of exact temperatures. Higher voltage means more heat.
- 2.1V to 2.5V: Best for flavour and smooth hits. Start here with a new cart.
- 2.9V: A good everyday setting for most carts.
- 3.3V to 3.7V: More vapour and better for thick oils, but can get harsh on some carts.
Start low and click up until it feels right. Use the preheat if your oil is thick or the cart’s been sitting somewhere cold.
Warranty
The Cartisan Pro Pen Neo 650 comes with a 90-day warranty from the day it arrives. If something goes wrong in that time, send us a short video showing the issue. Once it’s confirmed defective, a replacement gets shipped out and there’s no need to send the original back.
